The Battery is a neat place in Charleston to explore. This area of Charleston is famous for residential antebellum architecture. Some of the famous homes along the battery include the Roper House, Louis De Saussure House, George Chisolm House, and Villa Margherita.
I enjoyed walking around and seeing all the old homes as the weather was perfect for doing so. If you are in Charleston I would suggest admiring the fine architecture.
